ITS A DANCE WORKOUT INVOLVING VARIOUS DANCE FORMS SALSA, MAMBO, JAZZ, HIP HOP, SAMBA, MERENGUE, BELLY DANCE, BOLLYWOOD ETC IN WORKOUT STYLE. IT HAS BOTH DANCE & AEROBICS ELEMENTS IN IT. IT'S A FUN WAY TO SHED ALL THE EXTRA FAT.
